Down Home on the Farm...

We are loving country life.
These pictures were taken over a month ago but I have just not gotten around to posting them. I have not yet figured out how to keep up with digital pictures, laundry and dishes for 6 people, weeding in the flower beds and garden, housekeeping and still be a fun mom for my kids and a wife to my husband. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all that I feel I must accomplish. I am learning though to take time to just sit on my porch and enjoy the view of the beauty that surrounds me and RELAX!
We took the family picture with the self timer and were amazed that everyone is smiling and looking at the camera...even little Hopey, as we like to call her! Enjoy the pictures!

Come you who are weary and I will give you rest...

Today Mark had off work due to the wind and rain so we took a day of rest. We relaxed this morning and took naps this afternoon. It was refreshing and well needed. This house truly has become a refuge to us and we are so thankful that the Lord has brought us here!

The Season of Singing has Come

"Arise ...and come with me. See! The winter is past, the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth, the seaon of singing has come!"

Blossom View Farm...

Home Sweet Home...we are loving our new home, a beautiful old farmhouse. It is called Blossom View because we have a beautiful view of the apple tree blossoms of Cherry Hill orchards from our front porch. We are enjoying the wide open space the Lord has brought us into. We have a treehouse, swings, a sliding board, tennis courts, a creek and plenty of yard to roam and explore in.

Update...

We are moved in and loving our new house! It is crazy that it has been almost two weeks since we moved. The moving day went well and the highlight was two surprise visitors from North Carolina came to help us: Matt & Ryan! What a blessing! Right after we moved I came down with a bad ear infection which made the unpacking process a bit slower than I would have liked but God is teaching me that my timing is not always His (this is true in many areas of my life right now!). These past couple days we finally feel like we are getting settled in and it feels like home! :)
We do not have internet service and not sure when we will get it. Our house is a quarter mile off the road so we can not get cable service so we need to figure something out. Anyways...we will look forward to posting some pictures of the beautiful home the Lord has blessed us with and some pictures of the kids and Hope sometime soon! Blessings today!

C-H-A-N-G-E

Life has been a crazy blur since the birth of Hope. Most of you know we found out two days before Hope was born that we had to move from our current house (yes, the one that we just moved into in January). God worked it out that another farm house was available right around the corner in an even better setting than we are currently at. However we still need to pack up and move which is what we are doing this week. We move Saturday into our new home! Hopefully we can post some pictures of our new house and our beautiful new daughter soon! You can pray for us as we adjust to yet another transition. I guess it is true that the only constant thing in life is CHANGE!
