River Ride

One of my favorite things to do when I am not with Heather and the kids is to explore the back roads that wind around the Susquehanna. Monday I took a few hours and had an awesome ride. Here are a few shots from a couple of my favorite spots in York county.

Sisters...

It is cool to watch the connection between these two sisters. Hope lights up whenever Sarah is around and Sarah loves to hold and "mother" her little sister. I pray that these little girls will grow up to be good friends one day!

Down Home on the Farm...

We are loving country life.
These pictures were taken over a month ago but I have just not gotten around to posting them. I have not yet figured out how to keep up with digital pictures, laundry and dishes for 6 people, weeding in the flower beds and garden, housekeeping and still be a fun mom for my kids and a wife to my husband. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all that I feel I must accomplish. I am learning though to take time to just sit on my porch and enjoy the view of the beauty that surrounds me and RELAX!
We took the family picture with the self timer and were amazed that everyone is smiling and looking at the camera...even little Hopey, as we like to call her! Enjoy the pictures!
